[Urgent Notice] Claims Submission Issue with ITRANS 2.0

Some offices using ITRANS 2.0* are experiencing issues related to a recent ITRANS update. As a result, we are experiencing high call volumes at the moment. Please refer to this link for a resolution published by ITRANS: Claims Submission Issue with ITRANS 2.0 – ITRANS (goitrans.com).  

ClearDent Support can help you apply this resolution, but due to the higher-than-normal call volume, we encourage you to reach out to your IT and share the instruction, and they may also be able to help.
