ITRANS Current Claim Status

Current Claim Status:

        Starting from 10-Jun-2014 @ 15:54 - ITRANS is experiencing communication issues with The Telus Health Solutions Group A and B networks.

        Offices that are submitting claims during that time are receiving 1042&1045 error messages or just claim ackonwledgements.

        Offices are suggested to process their ROTs(Request of Outstanding transactions) at the end of the day.

Update: ITRANS is back and running.
