HD Video of Curiosity Rover’s Landing

From filmmaker Bard Canning, who spent the last month to extrapolate the original Mars Descent Imager (MARD)’s low-res images to create this pseudo hi-res video with sound effects that shows what it could have been like if a person were to be part of the landing sequence on the rover.
Of course, the added footage of the Curiosity rover taking a self-portrait using the recent released images really gives that “WALL-E” (copyright credit: Pixar Animation Studio) feel!
