As the Senior Implementation Specialist at ClearDent since 2007, I am responsible in training and consulting the clients of ClearDent nationwide.

I am able to combine theory and practice with over 15 years of experience. I hold a Diploma of Provincial Instructor, and a Train the Trainer Certificate from Vancouver Community College. I fully understand the importance of a well-trained staff from my roles as a Certified Dental Assistant, Office Manager, Practice Management Consultant, and as the Dental Reception Instructor in Continuing Education of Richmond School Board.

Financials, reporting, scheduling, recalls, insurance tracking, clinical imaging, and charting can be easily managed by a well trained employee using ClearDent. Instant Support Icon Coming Soon
In the next release of ClearDent there will be an "Instant Support" icon that users will be able to click so that our support team can connect into your computer remotely in a more efficient manner. The icon will be located on the ClearDent home screen and will be appear as highlighted in red below.

Tips and Tricks
How to update your ClearDent License automatically through the internet:
  1. Go to any one of the computers in your office, and click on "Help — Activation Information."

  2. This will open the "Product Activation" window. Click on the "Internet" button to update automatically.

    Click "Ok" to log off ClearDent. Make sure to press "Internet" again when the next screen comes up as displayed:

  3. You should then see a prompt saying that the license has been updated successfully.
  4. Repeat this process on all the computers in the office. If you have any problems, give us a call at 1-866-253-2748 and we will be happy to assist you.
